Wow on the price tag, but mmmm on the souffle (but Hubert Keller's is still better!)

What IS that? I feel like you can just remove the white layer, with the strawberries on top, to the side. If I saw that, I would eat all the strawberries first because they're more attractive than the cake. Wait. Is that like a chicken pot pie? Are there other fruits under that bread cover? I saw the spoons and I immediately thought of that. mmm..strawberries.
