The first impression is very good, and I score 85 points. What's more important is its sauce and a great sauce can add up to 10 points on your oyster pancake.

Yay, an expert visual judgement from someone who's been to a lot of night markets.

Also, note his masterful use of the word "its." If a second language English speaker can do it, why can't many Americans?

Hey! I just had that a few days ago. It probably wasn't super-duper well made... but the fact that it costed me less than a $1 made it freakin delicious.
