I took horribly ugly photos of our dinner today, so I'll spare you the sight of our (rather tasty) dumpling soup with rice cakes, shredded bok choy, and egg strips. Instead, let's play a game. What are P and J eating tomorrow?

Okay girlie... Where did you get the Okra! I've been looking for everywhere! I had to make P. a Gumbo last week with Sting Beans! :P Good, but to him it was no Gumbo...

I have a question - when and why did you move from San Fran to LA? I can't seem to pinpoint the time in your blog.
I can't find okra either! Looked in every stall at the farmer's market this weekend. Because I was watching a Sex & The City repeat where someone said "trust me, okra is the going to be the new edamame" and it put me in the mood.
