korean bbq?
hmm from the picture i would also guess korean bbq. but the caption would seem to belie that guess. korean bbq is really a grilling procedure there is no slow roasting over the coarse of a morning. At least not that I know of. When will we see the amazing result?

This is in the oven, slowly roasting for the whole morning. Only the lucky few have been told what it is going to be made into. Mmmm...meat.
