Pho What?
I'm ashamed to admit I don't really remember the name of the place I ate today. C and I were so starved when we got there that we saw the word "Pho" and swung into a parking space as quickly as we could and ran inside. I think it's Pho Han, but I could very well be wrong. Han doesn't seem particularly Vietnamese. Pho Hoa? It's on Las Tunas just west of Valley, in a TJMaxx strip mall. I did not try the pho, but it looked good. I think the name was Pho + some number... the beef noodle soup was decent. - C
