Urth Cafe (Main Street, Santa Monica)

Short post today:
They make a damned fine quiche. Incredibly fluffy, almost like a chawan mushi (Japanese steamed egg). The almond biscotti was just right too. Hard enough to stand up to dunking, but not too dense.
