We just went for dessert. $40 is undoubtedly expensive for a souffle. However, this is a gigantic souffle big enough to feed four or five people--it was probably the size of a birthday cake for 6. So considering that dessert at any restaurant or a cocktail at a bar is $7-13, we thought it was worth it to try something new.
