You life is way too happy -- hmm, maybe you can substitute for me one of these days and I can take a day off and just read newspaper and eat cheese wheels...they wouldn't notice, all Asian ppl look alike...:-)
Back in SF already? I'm sure you missed the bay. I had a fabulous time there. We ate at some of the places you mentioned on here such as Modern Thai. So Good! P had actually been there before and liked it a lot but didn't remember the name and wasn't able to find it again the last time she visited SF so it was such a coincidence that it was the same restaurant! We had spicy eggplant with tofu, the hot and sour soup with chicken(tom khan?) and red curry with chicken. Everything was really good and I would definitely visit again. We also had tea at the ritz! I loved everything about tea: live harpist, we got a window seat, the tiny but filling eats, great tea, attentive service, pretty ladies all around. :) I can't wait til we have tea together - hopefully sometime in the near future. - Jo at work
