This week I've been doing a lot of simple home style Chinese dishes. They really hit the spot with some white rice. Tonight we had braised pork belly with dried mustard greens.
Our vitamins for the night came from a big plate of pea shoots stir fried in garlic. Yum! We didn't have any leftovers.

Oh, I love the porkbelly over dried mustard greens... my grandma used to make that alot... so good over white rice, esp with the sauce...
Pea Shoots! I bet you weren't expecting anyone to be excited about pea shoots but I'm looking for any sort of green vegetable that I can buy to mix things up. Bok Choy, Spinach, Broccoli and Asparagus only go so far.
