El Diablo Coffee Co. (Seattle)
The Queen Anne neighborhood of Seattle is cute, with a few nice cafes and shops. I wouldn't call it a must hit shopping destination, but it's a lovely neighborhood where people like to live.

One of the stops I made there was El Diablo Coffee, where they understand crema.
This is how espresso should look. No cream added, just a foamy top that forms naturally from the oils in coffee bean. Making crema like this takes patience, skill, and fresh coffee. El Diablo got it right. I rarely drink espresso straight up, but their cubano (espresso with some sugar in the bottom of the cup) was really worth trying.
