Shepherd's Pie
I've been feeling under the weather with all the rain and cold we've been having. Shepherd's pie to the rescue! Nothing like a layer of creamy, crustily browned potatoes over a thick colorful combination of meat and vegetables to get me going again. The photo could use some help, but shepherd's pie is rustic anyway.
