He's a coffee wimp: doesn't drink it unless it's laden with sugar and milk. I'll have to make him something with it though. Dark roasts are usually great for Irish coffee. Mmmm, and excuse to eat heavy cream.<BR/><BR/>I might use some to bake a chocolate cake, too.
