Running round in jeans and casual clothes, you don't notice it as much. But for the wedding day, if you think your hands are going to get a little chilly... I used those while campaigning in Iowa 4 years ago (It's P.'s turn this time around!) and I found that they released a bit of soot (It's the charcoal that works).
